SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to Pantheon Computers, you agree to receive
SMS and/or MMS messages from us. These messages may include updates, service-related information,
and other communications relevant to your relationship with us.

Consent to Receive Messages

By voluntarily providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated
and non-automated text messages from Pantheon Computers. Consent is not a condition
of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • The phone number you provide is accurate and current
  • You are the authorized user or owner of that number

If your number changes, you agree to notify us immediately at

before the change takes effect.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying
STOP, END, CANCEL,
UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

You may also request removal by emailing
contact@pantheoncomputers.com.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Carrier Disclaimer

Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and others.
Not all carriers support SMS/MMS services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Changes

Eligibility

Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pantheon Computers harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Providing a number you do not own
  • Failure to update your contact information
  • Violations of applicable laws, including the TCPA

General Terms

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
